That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! "Sits on such a beautiful littel square. Want to send a special thank you to the young gentlemen on the reception. Since there is no elevator at this facility, he lugged up most of our heavy luggage to our room for us. On the morning we left it was before the breakfast at 8AM but he kindly prepared a couple of take away coffees for us."

"Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!!
