Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. "Wow, this hotel is something. The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The outdoor pools are quite something. We hope to be able to come back during ski season to enjoy the ski in/out options!"
