"Hotel is spectacular! Unfortunately I am not able to give a 5 star review as my check in took over an hour. There was only one guest service agent with 10 guests waiting. Not sure why, and he was doing his best. It was 23:30 and everyone was exhausted.

"Staff are lovely, room was comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was better than expected. Great options if you are vegan (I had beans on toast most mornings with mushrooms or other veg). They had different types of milk and cereal. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from a very clean and quiet beach. Was very happy."

"Really fantastic location, 30 seconds to the beach, fantastic restaurant next door, 7 minutes on the bus to Palma and buses are every 10 minutes or so. Rooms aren’t huge but we had a sea view and little balcony. We chose to buy our own breakfast (pastries) and coffee from a local coffee shop 2 minutes away on the same road and eat on the balcony which was lovely. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Beds are firm and comfortable with quality white cotton bedding. The carpet and headboard showed some signs of wear and could do with an update but nothing to detract from all the positives "
