Amazing experience. Fabulous setting and just a 10 minute walk into Son village. Spa has everything you need. Suggest booking a suite with balcony. Outdoor Sauna by the Fjord is terrific for the daily Sauna ritual which lasts about 45 mins. Son village is also not to be missed.

What’s lovely hotel, perfect for a romantic night away! Polite staff and beautiful hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Only drawback no lift

Located very close to the Oslo Ford this charming hotel has an Art Deco vibe, the dining hall as an opulent decor and while I only stayed for breakfast, what I ate was excellent. At first I thought the lift looked old and I had an initial distrust of its abilities, but that was before I realised I was staying in a themed hotel and while lifts probably weren’t around in the 1940’s (perhaps they were?) it fitted in with the general vibe perfectly. I could see that there were conference facilities...

We loved our stay at the well. So relaxing and really embraced the digital detox. Would encourage anyone to try out the sauna experiences on offer. Breakfast is great, the food/drinks in general are nice if a bit pricey. If concerned about the nude spa please don’t be they have swimwear and cover ups that can use, although this does carry cost. Overall a great stay, one thing to note is that If like us your flying in to Oslo TORP transport is expensive. The train is fairly easy but then need...

This is a very charming hotel in a small sleepy village. Its a bit of a distance from everything, but a great location by the sea. The staff really tried hard to make yourself comfortable, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. Attentive staff who really wants you to enjoy yourself. We were fortunate enough that one of our rooms where number 36, which had a small but charming balcony very close to the sea, where we enjoyed the sunset every night. We chilled and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms...

A really nice hotel. Restaurant and breakfast are in two separate buildings. The room was clean but a bit on the small side. The car park is a short walk from reception with plenty of room. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

The place was perfectly positioned by the open waters, the room was private with outside sitting area, so close to nature, very calming. Every morning a good choice of hot and cold meals, also had dinner with them twice which was great. Access to coffee machine theought the day in the main restaurant. There's a gym access, restricted pool access and speedboat trips to ask about. Positioned right by the costal path, 10 min walk away through a lovely forest to main beach and town. The staff were...

Wasnt expecting much when I arrived and 2 extra floors were being built but I was wrong. The room was very clean, spotless in fact. They pack alot into a small space, kitchen, shower and toilet, bed space all in one small room. Free parking. Impressed

Very good room and very clean. Facilities are great I had a relaxing stay.

Great staff and rooms. The breakfast was amazing as well! Overall, awesome experience.

The apartment was an ideal place for acheap stay. It had a god bathroom, kitchen area and lounge. The bedroom was fairly small but the beds were very comfortable. There was a large room upstairs where others could sleep but the stairs were more ladder like. It was clean enough and had all you might need. We would certainly stay there again. The area around had other chalet type apartments and was very quiet.
