We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was spotless, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious. It’s a very charming hotel, we were impressed!

I was disappointed with this stay. There were no welcome instructions upon arrival. The TV is merely a decoration and does not work, which should have been disclosed. There were problems with the hot water in the shower. The bathrooms were indeed small and old. There was no actual closet or desk in the bedroom. However the staff was excellent and they strove to keep the place very clean.
