Staff is great other than no one told me I was going to be charged $12 for parking. 1) parking sucks there. 2) the charge is a joke when you can parking almost as close for free. Not once did I see security either. Purely a greedy money grab

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Dorado Hills by IHG
Bed were too firm, really uncomfortable especially after a 2 night stay. Elevators were not working and apparently per staff they have not been for 3 months now and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. The tv kept changing channels itself, many channels not working.
