Hello,
The key does not work on the third floor, so I had to move to the ninth floor. Also, the hot water takes about 10 minutes to get hot.
The room is good, the house is clean, and the cleaner works two days a week. However, the furniture looks quite old, around early 2000s

Stayed here for a family wedding and we couldn't be happier. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and there were 2 wedding staying the weekend and they were still keeping it together for everyone.
