"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review An absolute dream stay — pure relaxation and luxury From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt special. The property is stunning, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained truly a place where you can relax and disconnect. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really feel the level of hospitality here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there. The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart. What made this stay unforgettable was the overall experience from the serene surroundings to the level of service, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway."

"We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow."

"Great place to relax for a few days. Extensive buffet, lots of selection at every meal. Nice to walk along beach. Can't swim from beach, too shallow, but there is a long dock with access to deep water. Only negative was front desk -- checking out and getting taxi can be challenging. "

"Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. Communal areas are well maintained, however toilet facilities need upgrading and more frequently cleaned. Staff were always polite and helpful. Large general restaurants also require upgrading, however the à la carte restaurants were very good and offered something for every palate. "

"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish and seafood. "
