"The hotel had a great location- easy access & plenty of parking. Morning breakfast was tasty in a lovely well appointed dining room. Rooms were clean, a little dated but met our needs. Bed was very firm. "

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. "They go for luxury but fail on the basics. The wow factor double jet bath drained very slowly subsequently leaving a layer of scum at the bottom of the tub. Watching said crud squirt from the jets on first activation was a very unpleasant experience. Worse was the fact the door to the room did not lock meaning anyone who could access the hotel could walk in. The obvious fear being theft of valuables while out. However, there was the added fear of someone walking in and immedialty seeing you...
