Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

"I had a very pleasant stay at Isla Mallorca Hotel & Spa. The location is great—it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Palma on foot. There’s also a huge supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient, and parking was possible for free on the street—you could always find a place next to the hotel, and it was very convenient, and the hotel has excellent bus connections to different parts of the city and the airport. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and seating, so it never felt overcrowded. One thing I particularly appreciated was that housekeeping came later in the day. It meant there was no early morning knocking on the door, allowing for a more relaxing start to the day."

"We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and although I’d read reviews mentioning possible noise depending on where you were in the hotel, I took earplugs and slept peacefully. The food was good with a reasonable choice, and there was a lovely terrace area with sun beds, as well as around the pool. Lovely Spa and had a really good massage, definitely recommended! The hotel is in a great position for an evening stroll along the seafront, browsing the shops and restaurants, or enjoying the nightlife if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is in fantastic location. Our room superior sea view was probably the best view of the harbour . Pool area and sun beds were difficult to get unless you were waiting for the pool to open at 9am and every bed was taken by 9.02. Just one negative after purchasing multiple drinks throughout the day I wanted to take a cup of ice back to the room to have a final drink on the balcony to be point blank refused with no negotiation. Hotel policy not to give anyone ice. Thought this was really poor to upset guests over something that’s costs very little"
