"Over the years, I have seen so many luxury hotels, in various countries. Never have I seen this level of high taste, special care for clients, premium offering for few people that make you feel part of a super rich dynasty. With the exception of one odd situation at the pool restaurant, all of our interactions with the staff were literally heart-opening. Such a commitment by everyone to the hotel's purpose and promise."

"Although the room was small it was clean and came with a fridge and safe. Nice pool area but no poolside service. The views are nothing special as there is restaurations going on in the harbor. Easy walk to the marina and old town (deep). Friendly staff!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful however we were asked to rent towels but if they were wet we had to pay 5 euros to get a dry one each time at the daily rate for this hotel I don’t think it’s normal. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful except for one person in particular at the breakfast where we pays 14 euros each day , she asked all the clients to return our dirty strays after breakfast even though we said we voient carry anything due to shoulder injuries. She said we were obligated to do so in a nasty way. Other patrons near us complained to her also the lack of service and friendliness. In Adition when we asked for fruits in the buffet she said there were only spokes or oranges left refusing to bring up if the other fruits such as peaches or nectarines that were in very small quantity. Further when I couldn’t make the coffee machine work she came up and made a nasty comment while fixing it . Thais lack of service while we paid 14 euros per day for a breakfast isn’t appropriate for such a hotel at 450 euros per night."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning seemed effective but outside temperature not too high in May. Quite warm in bed at night - very substantial duvet. Lovely fresh breakfast every day. M Domenici and all his staff very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. A very enjoyable stay."
