"Last week, we arrived on the ferry in the wee hours and received a warm welcome at the hotel. We were in our clean, quiet room within a minute and had a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning is standard for hotels and everything was very pleasant. On our drive to Victoria, I received a phone call from the hotel notifying me that I had left my laptop under the bed. The manager, Bernie, immediately offered to package it up and send it to me. Today, I received it and he sure went above and beyond in wrapping it up. It was very secure from damage and is in perfect shape. It’s very heart warming to have such a big favour done by a stranger…and it goes without saying, that the hotel staff is very honest! Many thanks to all. "

"It was a nice place with nice breakfast included. I saw some reviews said the hotel provided breakfast box only, which just got an apple, a juice box and a muffin, but we were lucky to have hot breakfast served at next door with plenty of options for buffet style food because the owner just opened a restaurant and bar next door. Plus the view is great, and owner and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You would not regret you stay if you choose them for stay"
