"They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in.
then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"

"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. Really spacious apparently. Not too far from the train and bus station. Only one minor issue is you can hear the other people's doors shutting and its quite loud, a few times I thought it was my door, but i felt pretty safe and...
