"Everything was amazing "

"The front reception and staff was phenomenal and the staff was ver accommodating, professional, and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the room had several insects and the bathtub had a ring around it or as they would say it lost the finish that would allow the dirt not to stick to the tub. We ended up leaving and went to a new hotel. I didnt ask for a refund i just know better next time."

"We requested to be moved to another room because there were children running and jumping upstairs and the staff member said we couldn't move rooms. So we had to listen to it all night. Horrible stay. "

"Everyone at the front desk was nice the manager Micheal was extremely nice when housekeeping didn’t clean our room he came and empty the garbage and brought us clean towels we stayed a week.so they might need to get the cleaning staff together this is our second stay at this Hampton inn and I will probably stay again "
