"Excellent location & good car parking. Very large, spacious and well equipped suite. Excellent staff & lovely swimming pools. My only slight criticism would be that the room carpet was probably in need of an upgrade, but otherwise very good."

"I enjoy staying at the Anchorage because it is very good value for money, close to the footbridge and shops. Paul the manager is a very friendly person to deal with. One thing however the oven had not been cleaned from the previous guest but I do not cook any way so that did not trouble me. I look forward to my next stay there."

"We had a great 2-night stay over the long weekend. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it rained for almost the entire day on one of the days we were there, so we weren’t able to make use of many of the facilities. However, the staff kindly provided us with complimentary passes to a nearby heated pool, which was a really nice gesture and helped make up for the weather. We found the cottages to be a little on the smaller side, but they were still a decent size and comfortable enough for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a clean, comfortable and family-friendly place to stay."
