"If you love history, this ol’ girl’s a gem! If you are looking for millennial upgrades, go to a newer place. It’s definitely an old place with beautiful structure & views! We slept great! She was clean. No microwave, but a fridge! Wish we’d been there longer than overnight to get a gander at all the giant property holds. She’s a beautiful piece of a bygone era you can still stay in. Staff 5 stars!"

"Only stayed one night but was a good night, great location , very helpful reception staff, clean well maintained room, and the Spiced Apple Cider packets at the 24 hour coffee station was great hot drink addition. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Great base for getting out leaf peeping"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sunday River Resort – Jordan Hotel. The hotel is well equipped, and the service was excellent. For the first time in 10 years, we watched the first rays of sunlight and the sunrise emerging behind the beautiful, colorful autumn mountains from our bedroom balcony. "The room was clean and very basic. It was nicely decorated. It could have had some plastic cups for the bathroom and tissues. Very few outlets but all in all a great place to stay for one night at a good rate. It is on a heavy traveled road but the traffic noise was OK for us. There is a lake view but a bit in the distance. We were there in October so most of the amenities were not available but the town of Bridgton is close by for whatever you might need. The staff was welcoming when we arrived."
