"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

Having stayed at The Orange Tree in the past many times, we were really pleasantly surprised to find that they had expanded their accommodation to include the conversation of two cottages next door. It was in one of these that we stayed. The rooms had been so tastefully done with all the amenities that you could wish for.
With the most wonderful beach in walking distance we could not find a better place. We ate in the pub the first night, but as the menu was somewhat ’fancy’ we did try another...

And not noisy despite overlooking Saturday Market Place and being at one end of the High Street. Parking is available, in Saturday Market Place, and not cheap, but go a little further afield and find a long term parking car park and cost is reduced. Great room, small but very quirky and lots of extra touches such as bottled water, fresh milk and KitKats! Just had to remember to duck through door frames. Good sized bathroom and shower plus walk-in wardrobe provided plenty of storage. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Didn’t sample rest of pub food as only stayed one night but the list of desserts was impressive. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

This hotel is ideally situated - close to the beach. Our room was very large with a kingsize bed. It also had a set of binoculars! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Food and service were great. We parked outside the hotel, but there is lots of parking nearby.
