"Super duper friendly staff, especially Yana, who made every effort to make sure we had what we needed, knew where we could go, what to eat, and remembered our names!!! Staff like her makes you feel so welcomed just like you are home! Excellent breakfast as well. Parking is abit of a walk away, but it was easy. Very convenient to walk shop and eat! Had a really wonderful stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. You are right in the center of town and also walking distance to Killarney National Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking in the lot out back is convenient. I would opt for the public lot over their underground lot as it is very small and difficult to navigate (unless you have a tiny car or motorbike). We will stay here again!"
