I had specifically requested a hotel in or very near the city centre and at least four stars standard I was booked into a hotel 35 km away. I had requested for taxi to be picked up from the Airport and you had confirmed that at 20 euro cost they will send me a taxi. No taxi was there at my arrival. "The hotel was excellent and our room was huge and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The areas leading to the hotel leave a bit to be desired and the nearest metro is a good 15 minute walk away which could be a lot shorter if there was a short cut. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work but these are just small gripes and would definitely stay at the hotel again."
