We were greeted with warm hospitality by the front desk clerk who gave us many great tips to make our stay in Aspen the best! They offer free parking and breakfast. Rooms are pretty small, but cozy. For location and a fraction the cost of other downtown hotels, stay here!"

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
