"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. Thank you "

"Interressantes, altes Gebäude. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig (5 Betten), nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber okay. Bad, Fernseher, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher - alles da und funktioniert. Für jeden Gast auch ein Wasser und Teebeutel bereitgestellt. Keinerlei Kontakt zu Personal - Schlüssel kann aus einem kleinen Tresor abgeholt werden, und Checkout auch nur durch Einwurf Schlüssel. Größtes Manko: Toilettenspülung Nachdem ein einzelnes Toilettenpapierblatt schon nicht hernuter gespült wurde, haben wir auf größere Geschäfte vcorsichtshalber verzichtet.."

"Great location, peaceful and beautiful. Owner cannot do enough to make your stay pleasant. If you want a great night sleep this is the place. One of the best place I have ever stayed. The bedroom are really spacious and spotless and really comfortable. "

"I stayed here for two nights while attending an event in Terezin. I did not realize that most of the guests would be team members from sports teams. That made for an interesting vibe, but everyone -- EVERYONE - was super calm, polite, and quiet. My room was a single and it was small, but efficient. My window opened all the way which was great because I could get fresh air and cool the room off at night. I was on the 5th floor which I was glad about. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and really I could not have been more pleased with the whole set-up. If I'm ever in this area I will definitely stay again. "
