What does luxury mean?

room wasn’t ready when we arrived but host offered us a drink while we waited. room was Very comfortable and clean. We had to leave early the next day and had a real issue with breakfast not being provided. Understand excuse of COVID however procedure could have been easily modified to accommodate the restrictions. Host then promised to provide us a simple breakfast but failed to do so. Falls short of luxury when it comes to service in a few ways.

Modern Luxurious Room in Heritage Home

Beautiful room in heritage home. Bathroom was luxurious and bed very comfortable. Everything is new and very clean. Loved the kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Appreciated the coffee, fresh fruit, bagels and muffins for breakfast. Westport is a pretty little place with great shopping, food and on a gorgeous lake.

Loved the room and the little village of Westport was friendly and had great little shops and cafes. I stayed 2 nights but room was not serviced which I thought was strange. They could have made sure I had enough shampoo and made the bed at least. Overall it was a good place to stay.
