"we got there in the late evening and had difficulty checking in ( nobody at front desk, nobody answering the phone, eventually somebody came). The shower was almost impossible to figure out how to use. When the staff was around they were helpful."

The standing space in the bathroom is NO BIGGER than a br on a plane. NO ICE machines on the property!!!??? come on...where has the comfort of staying here gone????"
