"The hotel is situated in an unbeatable center of town, has been recently renovated and is considered the best. Yet, the person at reception charged me for hotel parking, while I parked in a free street spot and refused to refund me. That left a bitter taste in my mouth upon leaving. The carpet on the floor is stained and looks terrible."
