"The sheets was dirty and smelly. I couldn’t get no rest because of the smell. No microwave in the room. We purchased a suite thinking everything would be in the room. I couldn’t take a decent shower my soap kept rolling out the bar holder. Bad experience."

"Elevator was out our entire stay. I have a heart condition and they put me on the third floor. I asked to switch but nothing was available. The bed was very creaky anytime you moved. Would not stay again without elevator being fixed it really limited how much I could come and go due to the 3 flights ..."
