They have lots of little touches that make your stay more personal, like jute bags and eye masks in your room, ice creams round the pool area etc. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and really make your experience here unforgettable. "I was met by the doggy patrol who shepherded me to reception. The host, Bob was genial and helpful with itinerary planning. A very comfortable room and expect the pet donkey and pony to act as morning alarm. I hope i will pass through and stay again"
