"I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing."

The hotel no longer provides a roll of paper towels and there was no can opener. Given that it is a full kitchen unit, more baking and serving dishes, like bowls and platters, are required. We had to bring too many things from home. "
