"Asked when i made reservation that i needed a adjoining room. No one ever verified that i wasnt getting that. When i asked they said no. Pool was so crowded we couldnt even use. The exercise bikes were broken.breakfast so crowded we couldnt use. Ice machines never worked. Was told 8 min walk to mall. Wrong 10-15 minute drive. So was kind of dissapointed."

"Kitchen was very minimally stocked. No glasses, just mugs, no pots and pans. We didn’t plan to cook but having a glass for wine or water would be nice. Rooms very clean otherwise and nice to have a washer dryer. My daughter and I agreed the water wasn’t very hot. But the space was very nice and the beds were comfortable."

"When we got to our room, the air-conditioning was not working. We were traveling with our granddaughter and we had to have a technician come in and change the air-conditioning from the wall control to the window control. It was 80° when we got in our room."

"The staff were very nice and welcoming. However, the room was poorly maintained. The shower drain was clogged, the air conditioner was extremely loud, it kept me up all night. The comforter was old and dingy, I was disgusted to the point I would have left but it was late when we arrived and raining. The light over the nightstand was very old and the built-in charging station hummed. It was such an unpleasant stay and not a good look for Marriott! This place is in desperate need of a renovation."

"The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area giving directions. The breakfast menu was very good hot and cold foods plenty of fresh fruit they kept it well stocked, coffee 24/7 which I appreciated. Plenty of parking although we didn't know it first if you could park in the back all the way towards the vet. One of the staffers actually came out and walked us around and showed us as far the parking lot went, so we knew we can park over there. Great stay."
