"My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was charged an early check-in fee that was never mentioned in advance, which felt unfair and dishonest. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and instead of fixing the issue properly, they brought me a fan, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After I complained, they eventually changed my room. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The door to my room would not lock, which is a serious safety issue. For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Between the poor customer service, hidden charges, maintenance problems, and safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We had a terrible night, with very noisy neighbors who were likely part of a large convention that was being held. We called the front desk at 4:30 a.m. after trying to be patient all night. Someone came up to ask the guests to be quite, but that lasted 5 minutes. There was no follow up. We were expected to call back again. We checked out early, and were told there was no more that could be done, as our booking was paid through Expedia. Not what I expected."

"My wife and I were visiting Laval for the first time to attend the Carlos Vivis concert. It was also our first time staying at this hotel. We loved the hotel. The room was extremely clean, and well laid out. The area was quiet. The hotel was a 8 minute drive to Place Bell. The staff were extremely helpful and bilingual. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely book another room next time we are in Laval."
