"Very nice place with nice atmosphere! But! Beware that the reception is not staffed and if you arrive late you will not get in because the gate is locked. I was very lucky and the guard saw me. No one answers the phone in the evening or the intercom. In addition, you don't live in the castle itself, but in an Amex on the side. Quite far outside."

"If there was another hotel nearby I would have checked out and gone there instead of staying in this hell hole. I've stayed in this hotel before and it was lovely, now it is dreadful. The reception had no knowledge of our booking upon arrival. The room we had booked was not ready so we ended up in a twin not a double as booked.
