"The place is very strategically located but the biggest problem is there is no parking around. You have to park at least 1 km further away from the hotel. And most of it is street parking which you have to pay per hour by going to the machines. For locals there is an easy pay by text system but for tourists this is not possible. Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". "This place was amazing. We didnt know what we were getting into until we arrived. Large beach areas, activities, amazing volleyball and football courts. The food was the best I have had at an all inclusive (I am used to Carribean all-inclusives). Lots of fun to be had. Super kid friendly. "
