"The front staffs had attitude. They did not like to kindly explain about the facilities. I requested the dinner reservation but our table was not booked so we had to wait for an hour. (The restaurant staffs were nice though)."

And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great.
