The property itself is average but the check in process is just awful. First, the real location is absolutely nowhere near where they’ve listed as their address, making it difficult to find the property. It is much further from the port and beach than advertised. Next, there is no front desk or staff on site, but rather they request you let them know when you will arrive so the staff can be there to check you in. I told them well in advance when I would be arriving, however no staff was there when I arrived. After around 10 minutes of knocking at the locked front door, I sent a text asking to be let in, and received a rude response saying that no staff was there so of course I was not being let in, as if I should have known to text them upon arrival when that had never been indicated to me. After another 20 minutes of waiting, a blonde woman arrived and was extremely rude and short with me throughout the check in process. Overall there are definitely much better options in Skiathos that will be significantly less of a hassle.

nous avons cherché durant 3heures sous plus de 30C° le logement dans une rue dans laquelle il n’existait finalement pas. En effet, l’adresse correspondant à « l’hôtel » sur votre site n’est pas la bonne. De plus le logement choisi car il était à 5 minutes du port était finalement à PLUS DE 20 MINUTES. Ensuite, les lits étaient dans un état CATASTROPHIQUE, les matelas remplis de ressorts sans aucune mousse. Les lits ne sont plus en état pour être loués, c’est totalement inadmissible de faire payer une prestation avec des lits, on ne dormait pas sur un lit mais sur des files de fer !!! En somme, les photos de l’annonce sont trompeuses, la salle de bain ne ressemble en aucun cas à ce qu’il y a sur les photos !! la salle de bain de la chambre est moisie, la douche super sale.

Ottima soluzione appena fuori dal centro

Struttura in buone condizioni è tenuta bene . Personale al ricevimento e delle pulizie molto gentile e disponibile per le necessità e le richieste fatte. Pulizia eccellente con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. La nostra camera a piano terra aveva lo spazio esterno con scarsa privacy, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene

Λιτό αλλα αναπαυτικό δωμάτιο. Ωραίο μπαλκόνι. Κάθε μέρα γινόταν καθαριότητα. VfM. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

La struttura è localizzata in un’ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dal centro ma in un posto tranquillo. Le camere venivano pulite tutti i giorni. Unico neo le tende oscuranti non erano sufficienti ad oscurare bene il sole. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto forse avrei aggiunto qualche pentola. Ho dovuto comprare un pentolino per il latte che ho lasciato ai posteri. Un altro punto a favore il supermercato a 50 metri li. Nel complesso lo consiglio noi siamo stati benissimo

Great location, 10 minutes from airport, 2 minute walk to bus stop 3, and supermarket. 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and Port. Clean bedding, daily cleaning of room. Air conditioning, fridge, plenty of storage space. Tv ( not that we used it) clothes airer. Would defiantly go back to this location Definatly go back.

Cheap, comfortable but noisy

The accommodation was nice, clean and basic. I ended up with a double and single bed, for a solo travel so it was very large room which was great. The room was clean but well used and the bathroom needed some repairs. But it was cheap and that’s to be fair expected. However the rooms are in a residential building with thin walls and so as a whole was very noisy all the time, even with ear plugs I slept badly. The place has no reception so I wanted an hour to get the key to the room, and there is no formal procedure for arriving so you take a guess on calling a number on a wall. During my stay one man trying to get in waited over 2 hours and was very angry. Worth bearing in mind if travelling with medical needs or young children.

Hotel/residence molto semplice, conveniente, pulito. Camera spaziosa. Non lontano dal centro di Skiathos town, adatto per chi non ha grosse esigenze, gestori visti solo all'arrivo.

Minus: very dofficult to find and prettu fat from the centre. On arrival walking 20 mins from the hatbour, two boys showed and guided me,there was no at the place and had to call and took 70 mins for someone to come and check me in. The room was good. Excellent heating/cooling. Very good Wifi too! But room needed small table/chair, bathroom needed shoer curtain. Good fridge but needs water kettle and 2 cups/spoons to make tea arät least.

Room was clean and tidy but lacked basic facilities - drinking glasses, cutlery & crockery. Only kettle, mugs & fridge. Shower fittings were worn & leaking but were replaced during our stay but as this was the first week of the season, acceptable!! Overall would go there again without hesitation.

Kort til bussen og byen men forfærdelige senge

Plus: Fin beliggenhed med kun to minutter til nærmeste busstop og supermarked. Der er en lille have ude foran, hvor man kan sidde. Det tager fem minutter at gå ned til den hyggelige by. Minus: Sengene var ekstrem hårde, og man lå på fjedrene. Vi købte luftmadrasser, som vi sov på i stedet. Køleskabet larmede meget. Der er en hane i området, som galer HELE døgnet. Vi havde bestilt bjergudsigt, men der var et kæmpe træ foran balkonen, så vi fik ingen sol ind, og balkonen var fyldt med myg. Fin beliggenhed men de dårligste senge, vi nogensinde har prøvet. Så vil vil ikke komme igen.

Billigt men enkelt.

Enkelt, rent boende för enstaka nätter. Jag fick antagligen det sämsta rummet; balkongen var en vägg och med pensionatets handdukstvätt på tork. Rummet var fuktigt och rått eftersom solen aldrig kommer i närheten...Jag anlände sent på kvällen och värden var mkt trevlig och hjälpsam samt gav mig en flaska vatten. Dåligt upplysta omgivningar på kvällen, lampa bra att ha i mobilen. Mina 3 nätter var 2 för många eftersom just det rummet var så instängt. Dock tyst och lugnt.

not really a hotel! More an apartment

The property is just off the ring road and a 5 min walk to main shopping street which leads to the old port. It's pretty quiet to get back to late I needed the torch. The room has a kitchenette and a kettle . The balcony had partial view of a farm and the back view of the property next door where a dog chained barked every time you went out there. The nearest beach is only 10 mins walk away and although it's busy it's clean sand and shallow water the Thessaloniki taverna is especially good.

Condizioni igieniche dell'appartamento pessime Ho pagato X un appartamento confort X 4 persone Mi è stato assegnato un appartamento per 3 persone con l'aggiunta di una brandina Vi erano solo 3 sedie e stoviglie x3. In camera da letto vi erano 2 lettini uniti un piccolo armadio, non c'era spazio per aprire ne il balcone ne l'armadio. Fatto presente tutto questo al proprietario tramite lettera senza ricevere alcuna risposta.

Semplice, economico e pulito

Simpatico hotel appena ai bordi della città di Skiathos, un po'difficile da trovare ma in posizione tranquilla con bella vista dai piani superiori, nei pressi di un grande supermercato e diversi negozi e servizi. Camere fresche e ampie con cucinino, aria condizionata, wifi gratuito,parcheggio a pochi metri e ottima accoglienza e cortesia da parte di Alex, molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Unica pecca: non ho trovato l'asciugacapelli e a quell'ora (19.30 circa) non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere. Prezzo convenientissimo.
