"We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

"At the spur of the moment i found this gem of a place in Potenza. while visiting Southern italy , i have to say this property was leaps and bounds more stylish , simple but curated well, clean , beautiful and completely opposite to every where else ( meaning it was Classy and not garish and Tacky) !! "We stayed here on our cycle ride from Rome to Calabria and the hotel was a fantastic experience after a long day in the saddle. The dinner and breakfast were also truly amazing. "
"Communication was a real problem. I wonder if staff were discouraged from trying to understand English. My Italian came from Google translate and even that was a disaster. Staff generally not friendly or helpful. Did not offer to assist bags up or down the hotel steps for guests in their senior years. WiFi practically useless. Kept dropping out
