"It was okay, but not as good as expected. Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the shower had decent water pressure. Rooms more premium than "standard" benefit from late checkout (1PM), which was great. Cons: The underground car park was full on my arrival, with additional cars parked outside the bays- I had to park somewhere else. The room had no AC. The breakfast buffet was rather disappointing."

"The rooms had wooden floors which I really liked, felt clean and modern. The bathroom had a huge shower and was clean. It was in a great location, very close to the city hall where we were going for an event. My only issue was we went to the rooftop bar and the staff member who served us came across as very bored and not friendly which was a disappointment as everyone else seemed very friendly there."

"Provided a spotless room in area away from any celebrants: b'day, Hen, wedding (weekend in active, busy Leeds). Quiet, good shower, bed comfortable. As usual in UK, heavy duvet, no top sheet so able to adjust a/c for comfort. Why heavy weight duvets in ALL hotels? Only fault, typical: no adequate reading lights at beds! Travelers don't read? Again, not just QUEENS! An excellent stay."

"Stayed with my 2 dogs. Had a ground floor room not far from the lobby which made for easy access. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Price was very competitive but disappointed with the extra money charged for each dog. I realise that some owners are not very responsible but charging for each dog seems excessive."
