Paul in Security saved the day when I left clothes in the drawers and needed them FedEx-ed to me quickly before another flight. Everyone was so nice at our stay down to the people serving coffee. This was also excellent customer service! Would love to stay here again

Lovely hotel, spacious, quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent small restaurant. Did not like location, close to Times Square, very crowded, congested but if you're in NY for theatre, it's perfect. Expensive, but that's NY.
