"Clean and friends staff"

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "

"The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Okanagan Lake, local shops, and great restaurants. Everything is within easy reach, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The staff were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality made the stay feel welcoming and effortless. The WiFi was fast and reliable, ideal for working remotely or streaming. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch and added to the overall comfort.
