"Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time, but there were a few notable issues worth mentioning.
The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the floors. They appeared to have been vacuumed, but they definitely had not been mopped. Our white socks turned dark brown after walking around the room, which was disappointing.
The toilet paper holder was broken when we arrived, although maintenance came and repaired it promptly, which we appreciated.
We were also looking forward to using the...
"The coffee pot was broken and the electrical cord for it was broken.
One of the towel racks was broken and falling off the wall.
There were 2 of us in the room and only one hand towel. (there were 2 bath towels)"
"If you are a person who appreciates natural beauty, as well as convenient access to San Juan ferries, this is the place for you. The Ship Harbor Inn has jaw-dropping views of the ferry landing with its gorgeous backdrop of islands amid the waters, a preview of the beauty of this beautiful cluster of islands called the San Juans. I was fortunate to be there during a period of ideal weather.
I noted that this motel is clean and replete with benches and tables where you can sit to enjoy the views....
"Staff were great after check in. Tried to check in early to no avail. Small comfortable room with nice tiny outdoor area, Two huge chairs are much too big for the room and are useless. The blinds need upgrading. Bathroom is fine// appreciated the dimmer light in toilet area. Breakfast was very good! Real cups and plates appreciated! Food selection good."
