"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. Pools were a little too cold but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was great to spend the day at Avali hotel too! Would highly recommend both hotels."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sivota Diamond Spa Resort! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and an incredible pool. Although we didn’t stay in one of the villas, they looked exceptional. Our room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to town, although the walk back is uphill. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort. We would love to stay here again!"

"Excellent place the only suggestion is for them to do proper spa with Sauna and steam room overlooking see. They have plenty of space to implement it. Then it will become truly five star resort. As of now it’s four stars. Great views great food."

"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!"

"Absolutely breathtaking , a true gem in Sivota! I travel quite a lot, and I can honestly say that our stay at Deamaris Sivota Luxury Boutique Hotel was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we’ve had. The rooms are absolutely stunning, elegant, beautifully designed, and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest and most immaculate places I have ever stayed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. And the scenery is simply breathtaking. One of the most incredible things about our room was being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the comfort of our bed. Waking up to those views and ending the day watching the sunset was truly magical. The entire property has such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of Sivota. The hospitality was just as impressive as the hotel itself. The owners and staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The combination of luxury, cleanliness, breathtaking scenery, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality is hard to beat. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. If you are visiting Sivota, do yourself a favor and stay at Deamaris. You will not be disappointed! 🇬🇷❤️"

"We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. The highlight of this property is the breathtaking view. From the two balconies, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea from two different directions, making every morning and evening truly unforgettable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering some of the most beautiful places in northwestern Greece. During our stay, we visited Parga, took a boat trip to the stunning islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, explored the crystal-clear waters of the Acheron River, and visited the peaceful Holy Monastery of Saint Nilos. It was the perfect base for experiencing the best of the Epirus region. A special thank you to Theodhoris, who was an exceptional host. He was warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent location for exploring this beautiful part of Greece. We are already looking forward to coming back again!"
