"I liked having real plates, silverware and cups at breakfast. The cleaning staff blocked the elevator with their cart and only one elevator was working. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was very acceptable."

"When we arrived it was not what we were expecting.. we were given a dirty room and there was d*ug paraphernalia in the parking lot. We had asked for a new room and the second was not any better. We ended up booking a different hotel for our stay! "

"Our room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem because we brought food with us. The shower didn’t work so the maintenance guy had to come to our room and attempt to fix it. It actually fix it he needed to shut the water off and disassemble the unit so we couldn’t use the shower more than 1x before the problem came back. The heat vents rattled every time the heat cycles on which was often. The cook didn’t show up so there was no breakfast option both days and we were charged for it. Overall it was not a good experience. We won’t be back."

"The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there "
