"My daughter and I stayed for a week.
The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss.
The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay.
We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were dreadful.
The pasta dish was very tasty but tiny. The main course was a tough chicken breast, nothing else.
We had eaten a fillet steak with sauce and roast potatoes the night before in a local restaurant for 35 euro. That was well worth it, this was not. "
"A good 3* Hotel.
Rooms were comfortable.
Breakfast was ok.
Evening Meal wasn’t always the best.
My kids were not impressed, service was sometimes slow.
Overall a decent week of skiing.

"Cheap hotel close to bus stop and right next to slopes, however staff can be rude and dismissive if you do not speak Italian, I also saw some smoking inside the property."
"The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! My bad if i spell names wrong but Luka from the afternoon shift was amazing. He set us up with reservations for dinners at places that were so amazing, that i can't thank him enough. If you get the opportunity to go to Sestriere and get to have the privilege to stay at this hotel, do it! "
"The staff are just amazing and the sauna is great after a long day in the slopes.
Breakfast is nice and simple but very tasty.
Location is perfect, short walk to the slopes"
"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier).
Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed).
Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"
