"What a wonderful surprise! When we checked in, we were treated like we were valued guests. We parked in the “driveway” with assistance from the staff.
The room was basic - but had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
We received an excellent recommendation for dinner - just a few minutes walk from the room - a truly superb meal at Diane Restaurant.
I was impressed that a cooked breakfast was included. We had two servers - each more pleasant than the other who wanted to make sure we enjoyed the meal.
We looked up places to visit the following morning, and visited the Roman ruins of an Imperial Palace in town - a short drive away with easy parking. The ruins have been covered in a large building. There were perfect descriptions in English. There were a maximum of four visitors when we were there. This was a great value overall - and much thanks to the two staff members who helped make our visit a memorable experience."
"I had a nice, large comfortable room. However, my room faced southwest so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times as the room got very warm from the direct sun. I also had an issue with the quality of the WiFi. I needed it regularly and the service was very slow or intermittent. I mentioned it to the reception and they just said it’s far away. "
"When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged his shoulders!
