"We had an amazing stay. The resort is truly what you see in the photos. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Being right on southern coast of Guatemala on the North Pacific Ocean is so wonderful. I recommend this as a vacation destination spot for anyone!"

"The room was clean but since they’re remodeling it had tons of issues like the water in the shower didn’t went through, the tables were poorly mounted and placed so they fell off and kinda felt insecure. The air conditioning worked but the main problem is the energy source at location - is poor and sometimes it rebooted and was either Hot or too cold. Staff was comprehensive and excited about their renewals"

"La habitación es muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y limpio. Está ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de la playa pero el acceso es fácil. El parqueo es en el exterior de la propiedad pero es una zona bastante segura. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó todo excepto que ponen música a todo volumen TODO el día por lo que no se puede descansar. Elegí el hotel por la piscina pero no la utilizamos ya que se veía sucia y me dio desconfianza."

"The staff was friendly, the room was very basic. If you are surfing or hanging at the beach all day and just want a decent place to lay your head, it was fine. The pool was fun too. Except for the pool and the AC, there weren’t really any other amenities."

"La piscina y la habitación muy bien, pero en el baño no hay jabón ni toalla para secarse las manos. El staff se mantiene en una habitación y hay que estarlos buscando para cualquier atención. Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. Solo hay una persona que hace la limpieza, me parece genial que le den la oportunidad a una persona con capacidades especiales, él si...
