It was the worst shower ever, the shower head barely trickled out and with no door and no heat lamp it was freezing cold in the bathroom.
And every hotel has to have just those quilted blankets, why???
Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Our room had not been vacuumed, so the carpet had stuff all over it. Counter person told me they were getting new vacuum cleaners....

My fiance and myself loved to room and size. It was perfect for her since she is in a wheelchair. We absolutely love the breakfast. Staff was friendly

Very nice clean and comfortable property. Room and bathroom are spacious and well laid out. Friendly staff as well. Nice hotel to stay at. Would definitely stay here again.

Tried to check in to get jet was 1 hour early but thought I could at least drop my luggage and leave. Linens were paper thin along with bed spread you could keep warm while keeping.

Front desk service was meh. Waited to be helped for a very long time. Nearest restaurant is a couple miles away. That being said, the facility is new and clean.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was beyond fantastic and so attentive. Brian was my favorite but i spent the most time talking to him than the others, they all were great to our daughter and my wife.
I have stayed at other places that cost over $500.00 a night and never got service like I did here. I give them 100 out of 100... The pizza from the little bar is also fantastic!

Staff was not friendly and unprofessional. Asked for additional soap and had to go find the cleaning team and even then took 5-7 min to get it. Showered add numerous different times and hardly hot.

It took 20 minutes for the clerk to get to the desk when we arrived. She seemed out of it.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were too small.

We were supposed to have VIP of two beverage coupons. Nothing was offered to us. We came back to our room the second night and our key card would not open our door. The staff person made us new key cards but really did not engage with us at all.

Room was clean except it was very apparent the floor had not been vacuumed in awhile. It was bad enough I kept my shoes on the whole time. On arrival the front desk person was informative but not overly friendly. Packing up my vehicle there was a person smoking weed just outside the door. Checking out I was not asked how things were during my stay. The lady said just throw your keys on the pile, thats it.
