Is a very good hotel. Location is excellent and the staff is very kind. Recommended.

Ive stayed on the strip many times over the years sometimes 2x a year holding platinum status with Expedia and Agoda, this was the first time I was upset with Caesars. The check-in took way longer than usual. The lady said she had to 'verify' and took my ID to the back and disappeared for several minutes. Also, this the first time the hotel automatically charged us for parking instead of asking if one of us have player status, which would have been free. This was the first time this ever happened. Booked (2x) King rooms with strip view for F1 weekend. The first room was strip view but only had 2 double beds. The second room was my room, 2 double beds and it was facing the back looking at the Wyndham hotel and Rio in the corner - way off the strip! I went back downstairs and complained Front desk said that is considered strip view. The next day I saw security in the hall doing their room checks for F1 weekend, I asked if they wanted to check my room, he initially said no thats fine - thats when I knew my room wasnt strip view. I asked him to check my room and asked if this is strip view. He came in and said "nah you got a view of the freeway" and they told me I should complain again. I went back down and Hector G, saved my stay. He quickly was able to move me the room I initially paid for - Strip View/King. Why couldn't Casears give me my room in the first place? It was already paid for? They gave away my room or over booked it. Worst is my room was considered strip view.
