"Property never shown to us. Unable to locate silverware. One of 2 ac units did not work. No washer as advertised. No swimming pool as advertised. Special code for beach & gate entrance never given. Bathroom door broken. Needs more clothes storage for extended stay. Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around. Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties. "

We had everything we needed but could have used some additional towels (both bath and beach) as well as some simple things like extra pillow cases, garbage bags, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate about booking it again. "The villa was actually a duplex unit and we got the first level. We thought the villa is a villa which means is separated from other units. The first floor attracted many lizards into the house and the glass doors had big gabs which made it easy for the lizzards and other insects to come right in. Good location and nice size unit but I won't stay there again but rather find a newer villas to rent. My cousin rented a newly build modern condo which was litrle smaller but had Air conditionings...

"The house itself is great, a little rundown, and in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance (4 out of 6 lights were out in one of the bathrooms). The amenities list a pool or pool access at a neighboring property, it was simply just crossed out in the guide, and we had no pool access. The washer didn’t work, and noone communicated back with us on whether it got fixed after we brought it to their attention. The TV provider hadn’t been paid, so the TV didn’t work. We also surprised to learn...
