We are a senior couple staying in this one bedroom unit for one week. We were staying in Blue Bay last year in another upscale one bedroom boutique hotel. Things we donā€™t like include: . Surprise utility charge of $40 on top of the unit rent . Low quality bed linen and mattress . Average cleanliness . Bothersome water dripping noise in the bathroom toilet The good things include: .The availability of property management to replace defective toaster and fry pan.
