"Front desk person was a hassle even after I showed him my Expedia confirmation, he pretended to not understand and made my check-in difficult. The bed is rock hard and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay here again."

"The location is a little far from town, but it is easy to call tax. Especially, nice and wide ocean view from the room . The best point is the staff hospitality. We arrived at hotel before checking in time, we wanted to go to near restaurant where too near for taxi call. Then, the staff brought us to the restaurant, and he explained to restaurant staff what we wanted to go to the cable car station after lunch. "The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room."
