"The host is just so helpful and cheerful, the room is super clean and the attention of detail from the host makes the stay so much enjoyable. Unfortunely for me, my room was the one on the main road and I am a light sleeper, so sleep was not the best experience so agreed with host to reserve a room at the back of the Mas for my next stay. "A really charming place to stay, with a welcoming host, and comfortable room with stunning country views. The breakfasts were generous and delicious, with lovely homemade touches - all made even better by taking place in the beautiful courtyard. We stayed for 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer."

"This is a hidden gem! Patrick welcomes you warmly and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The quiet and beauty of the gardens adds to the pleasure. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner incredible. Patrick was very helpful in assisting with making reservations for wine tastings in the area. I highly recommend staying here. "

"This hotel was in a great position to walk down to Bergerac and look around the many lovely shops and restaurants it has to offer. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. The air con worked well in the room and there was a kettle. The only negative was that the tea bags/sugar weren’t replaced and there was no milk left. The receptionist we had for the weekend we were there (August 22-25th) was outstanding! She was very helpful, had excellent english and couldnt do more for you. As well as that she always had a smile and a hello for you when you entered or exited the building. Overall i would recommend this hotel and would go again if i was staying in Bergerac. "

"Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. English spoken. Simple 3*, but very good hotel. Don't let the strange colour pillared frontage put you off. Very convenient location on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Secure (shuttered) parking behind hotel was €6/night. 3 free parking slots directly outside, also a free public car park 50 yards away. Good swimming pool. We were there during a heat wave and the room A/C worked perfectly. Good shower and bathroom."
