Sauberkeit und technische Mängel trüben Aufenthalt

Licht und Steckdose im Kinderzimmer geht nicht (obwohl Sicherung /Leuchtmittel OK), was im Winter ein Problem ist, wenn man keine Taschenlampe dabei hat), die Steckdosen am Waschtisch im Bad gehen nicht (obwohl Sicherung OK), Schlafzimmerlampe hängt aus der Decke und eine Steckdose im Wohnzimmer hängt aus der Wand, so dass die Kabel sichtbar sind --> Sicherheitsmängel für Kleinkinder. Fugen in Dusche mit Schwarzschimmel. Keine Bedienungsanleitung für Fernseher (nur mit Amazon FireTV Stick bedienbar) vorhanden Ansonsten allgemeine Sauberkeit (Boden, Küche) vorhanden. Betten im Elternschlafzimmer sehr bequem und groß. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Objekt vorhanden.

Mooi ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Ideaal voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Helaas had de poetsvrouw deze week iets minder haar best gedaan. Waterkoker vol kalk, bestek niet schoon, nog iets te eten onder de bank. Kinderkamer stonk naar rook. Na 2 dagen luchten was de stank nog aanwezig. Kinderen hebben op onze kamer geslapen. IN die stank wil je je kinderen niet laten slapen. Excuses van de verhuurder. Daar een stopcontact het niet deed heb ik nog gevraagd of er brand of kortsluiting is geweest. Geen van beide. Waterkoker kun je zelf schoonmaken. Helaas waren de spullen daarvoor niet aanwezig. Het is een niet rokers appartement, het spijt de eigenaar als iemand zich daar niet aan houd. En we kunnen niet elke week controleren. Nee snap ik, maar de poetsvrouw komt er wel elke week. De kinderen of jullie kunnen ook op de slaapbank. Ja daarvoor boek ik nu net 2 slaapkamers. We willen niet op de bank slapen. Appartement ligt in een woonwijk en is wat gehorig. Verder zou het handig zijn als er wat informatie over de omgeving aanwezig is. Verder is het een ruim appartement. De grote slaapkamer is erg groot. Een kleine keuken. Ruime woonkamer en een klein balkon. Verhuurder reageert netjes op telefoontjes. Maar feitelijk hadden we er niet veel aan. Al met al wat plusjes en voor ons wat grote minpunten. Helaas willen de foto's niet uplaoden.
